Khadijah Binti Khuwailid

Married to Rasulallah (s.a.w) when he was 25 years old and Khadijah at 40 years old.

Saudah binti Zam’ah

She was married to Rasulallah’s cousin before marrying Rasulallah on the 10th year after Rasulallah became a Prophet. She died at the time Sayyidina Umar Al-Khattab is the Chaliph.

Aisyah binti Abu Bakar Al-Siddiq

She was married to Rasulallah in Makkah with the dowry of 400 dirham at the age of 6 but only live together with rasulallah at the age of 9. The most beloved by Rasulallah among all his wives. She reported 1210 hadiths and died when she was 57 years old. She was buried at Al-Baqi’ at night time.

Hafsah binti Umar

Her father was Umar Bin Khataab while her mother was Zainab Binti Mazh’un. She was married with 400 dirham as her dowry on the month of Syaaban about 30 months after hijrah. She reported 60 hadiths and dies on Syaaban, 45H.

Zainab binti Khuzaimah

She was married to Rasulallah only for a couple of months before she died at the age of 30. She was buried at Al-Baqi’.

Hindun binti Abu Umaymah bin al Mughirah

She was married at the end of Syawal, 4H (some said at 2H). Hindun reported 328 hadiths and died at the age of 84 under the rule of Yazid bin Muawiyah on 60H. She also was buried at Al-Baqi’.

Zainab binti Jahsy

Zainab was a servant to Umaymah binti Abdul Muthalib. She was married to Yazid bin Harithah and was divorced before she was married to Rasulallah on the 5th year of Hijrah. She was 35 years old at the time. She reported 10 hadiths before she died on 20H at the age of 53.

Juwairiyah binti al-Harith

Juwairiyah was from Bani Musthaliq and a slave to Tsabit bin Qays. Rasulallah bought her from Tsabit, free her and marry her afterward. She reported 7 hadiths. On the months of Rabiulawal 56H she died at the age of 70.

Rayhanah binti Yazid

Rayhanah was from Bani Nadhir and one of the prisoners of Bani Quraizah. She was picked by Rasulallah to be his wife. She was a beautiful woman and have a very good personality. While being a captive she was given a choice either to convert to Islam or stay with her current religion. She choosed to convert. Then she was released and married to Rasulallah on 6H.

Umm Habibah binti Ramlah

Rasulallah sent Amr bin Umayyah to Najasyi for asking her hand in marriage.The King of Najasyi brought her to Rasulallah in the 7th year of Hijrah. She died on 44H.

Safiyyah binti Hayyi

Safiyyah was a prisoner of the Khaibar War. She was hand picked by Rasulallah to be his wife after she was released. Her freedom was the dowry. She was a beautiful and at that time she was almost 17 years old. She reported 10 hadiths and died on Ramadhan, 50H (some says 52H). She was buried at Al-Baqi’.

Maimunah binti al Harith

She was known as Barrah before Rasulallah change her name to Maimunah. Her mother’s name was Hindun Binti Awf Bin Zuhayr. She reported 76 hadiths and died at the age of 80 on 51H. She was the last wife married to Rasulallah and also the last one died.
